Our FAQ page should always be the first place to visit before contacting us. The page is filled with lots of information regarding MNK. Take a look at the sections below to find the best fit frequently asked question relating to your inquiry.

Placing An Order

Yes. On the login page enter the email you used to set up your account in the required field and we will send you an
email with instructions on how to create a new password.

Check that you are using the correct login details and make sure you have or don’t have (depending on your password)
the ‘caps lock’ button on/off on your computer. If you still experience problems please reset your password using the instructions as set out in the question above.

Once you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, select the correct size and click ‘Add to Basket’. When you are
ready to complete your order, click on the ‘checkout’ button to view the contents of your basket. Here you can review
your order before proceeding to the payment section. To place an order, we’ll need your delivery and billing address, and
once you’ve selected your delivery option and provided your payment details, click ‘confirm order’.

You can pay online in a completely secure environment with all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, GiroPay, Sofort
and PayPal.

Very. Your browser will show a padlock next to our Domain name to indicate that it is on a secure server. Our online shop
uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are completely private and
protected.

In addition, our site uses secure payment technology by woocommerce and Paypal which gives extra you peace of mind
when shopping with MNK.

No. Once an order has been despatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Unfortunately are unable process order over the phone.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 12 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received this email
then please check your junk mail folder. If you have any problems, contact our Customer Service Team by email.

Payment for your order will be processed at the time the order is placed. If you have chosen to pay with a credit or debit
card, payment for your order may not show on your account for a few business days later. If you decide to pay by PayPal
it will show on your PayPal account immediately.

You will receive an email to say your order has been despatched. Again, please keep an eye on your junk or spam folder.

You can redeem your discount code when viewing your MNK shopping cart, or at the payment step of the checkout.
Look for the box titled, ‘Enter a Promotion Code’ and type in your code exactly as provided and click ‘Apply’.

Unfortunately not. Once an order has been processed any new items you wish to purchase will have to go on a separate
order.

Stock And Products

Unless the item you wish is a limited edition item there will be more on the way.

No. Our products are splashproof and water repellent (where indicated).

Shock absorbing products can absorb shocks from minor knocks and bumps and are not shock proof. For example cannot withstand falls
from great heights or being driven over by a vehicle.

The side panels of PROHOOD are attached to the case by two magnets at the tips only they are not sealed all the way along.

Reviews And Feedback

If you would like to leave a review for one of our products you can. Simply click how many stars and enter
your comments in the ‘Your Review’ box on the product page of the item you wish to leave your review.

It can take up to 72 hours for reviews to appear – we read all reviews. There are a few reasons why a review may not be published.

  • You said a rude word – any reviews containing swear words will be declined.
  • You mentioned the price – any reviews mentioning the cost will not be published.
  • It contained offensive comments – we don’t post reviews that are offensive.
  • Competitors mentioned – reviews promoting or mentioning competitors will be declined.

We reserve the right not to publish a review for any reason, but we will try our best to publish for all to see.

Account

We have an account system to serve you better. In your account, you are able to view our prices, your rate of VAT, your
order history and manage your address details all in one place. To create an account, click on My Account and then select
Create Account.

No. VAT will not be charged.
