Yes. MNK wants you to be delighted with the items you purchase. However, we understand that not every purchase works out
which is why we offer a 30-day (from ship date) money back guarantee on MNK orders – except cleaning products.
Item(s) must be returned in new unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Note: All products in our Computer Cleaning category are NON refundable and therefore excluded from our 30 day money back guaranteee

  • Log into your account and find the order from which the item you want to return is from – click the ‘Request Refund’ button
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your returns request.
  • Once your request has been received we will review it and notify you to return the items.
    ship the item(s) back to MNK – but not to our registered office address. Any returns to this address will be refused and can
    delay your time limit.

No. MNK will only accept returns bought from If you wish to return an item bought from another online store, shop
or Amazon please return it to where it was originally purchased from. This includes stockists and distributors.

Any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable. In addition, return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or covered by MNK. MNK is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased on promotion (free shipping, student discount, etc.)
will only be eligible for refund up to the purchase price paid at the original time of order. Any applicable charges or fees will be
deducted from the final refund amount.

No. Customers returning products would be required to arrange and pay for the shipping back to us in the UK. Costs would vary
depending on the service and carrier selected by the customer, and the location being shipped from.

No. If your order included a free item or gift with your purchase, this item must be included in the return. If the free
item is not included in the return or is returned in a damaged condition MNK may deduct the retail value of the free item from
any potential refund.

  • Discounted products/orders cannot be refunded or cancelled
  • Discount codes and or vouchers are strictly non refundable
  • MNK accept no responsibility for the inability of third party courier service being unable to deliver within the date specified by
    our delivery terms and, therefore no refund will be issued owing to delayed delivery.
  • MNK accept no responsibility for loss or damage during delivery and therefore no refund will be issued owing to loss or
    damage during delivery.
  • Once an order has been received and processed you cannot cancel your order. If the order is yet to be processed you have
    until 2pm to cancel.
  • In the case of a wrongly delivered item photographic evidence of all packaging and product will need to be sent to us for
    inspection no later than 2pm on the day of reciept. Once identification has been determined we will re-send the correct
    item only if incorrect item is determined
  • Any refunds given will go back onto the original payment
  • Any card refunds given will be subject to a 2.5% handling fee
